Return & Refund Policy

Shopping Made Easy

At Yasumi Beds, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to return your item and receive a refund.

Returns Eligibility

You may return any unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery but will apply a £100 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Unfortunately, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

For faulty or damaged items, returns are allowed within 3 days of receipt

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or variation (e.g., a different size or colour), please contact us, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours but the product hasn’t been manufactured yet, cancellation is still free.

If the product has already been manufactured, a £100 fee applies to cover manufacturer costs.
